In our latest episode of Football Journeys we spoke about a subject that none of us want to talk about ... but we must ... suicide.
In partnership with our good friends at If U Care Share we told the story of their founder Matty who lost his brother Dan at a very young age. Inspired by Dan and the devastation of his loss, Matty founded the charity and they use football to start conversations about mental health which genuinely save lives.
You can watch the trailer to the episode here.
We were also humbled that Alison Tynan, mother of super talented footballer Zoe Tynan, agreed to tell her story and to talk about the work the family have done to stimulate conversation amongst girls in football. Her particular focus is the Zoe Tynan Tournament which is played in Zoe's memory.
Alison's trailer is here.
