Our strategic advice is led by Matt Himsworth who is a media lawyer with well over 20 years experience of advising those in the public eye, particularly in sport, about matters in their personal lives. Combining Matt's professional experience, which has included advising some of the biggest clubs in English football for 15 years and more, with the lived experience of elite athletes means B5 offer an unparalleled service. 

It's impossible to define a typical B5 service but we are most usually retained, on a monthly basis, by our clients who trust our integrity, expertise and responsiveness. This means that we are on hand and available, at the drop of a hat, to support players, staff, directors and anyone who needs our support.

We've supported countless players who are victims of intimate image abuse, provided expert advice on dealing with the media and social media issues, helped players rebuild after life-changing incidents, provided detailed investigations and advice on online harms, stalking, nefarious activities by third parties, supported HR and legal departments on employee issues, mentored players and staff in difficult moments, prepared music artists for life in the limelight, provided legal advice where needed and many many more.
