When Shaun Whiter first reached out to Fraser Franks, after his forced retirement from playing in 2019 we couldn't have realised where it would lead. Shaun, who was a non-league footballer when he was hit by a drunk driver in 2016, is now, as a double amputee, a passionate campaigner and advocate about drink and dangerous driving as well as the almost limitlessness of the human spirit and resilience.
As a huge football fan, and well-aware of some of the mistakes that young players can make in the high-powered vehicles they can obtain at an early age, Shaun was keen to get in front of those youngsters. We are delighted to work with him to give him that opportunity and Shaun will be meeting with many of our clients in the next few weeks and delivering to squads.
