This week we travelled up to the birthplace of rugby, Rugby School, to deliver two different workshops at the RPA Academy Induction Day.
We delivered to 125 young rugby players from the Gallagher Premiership as they officially started their journeys as professional rugby players. Fraser and Leigh delivered a bespoke session on Unhealthy Escapes and Healthy Relationships in which they discussed many of the themes that we recently spoke to The Athletic about.
Matt delivered a session on Social Media and Rugby which discussed the five main things that can wrong for an elite athlete online.
We are so proud to be part of the development of these young rugby players at the beginning of their full-time careers and we look forward to continuing this education and support as they progress through the ranks of the Gallagher Premiership.
