FRASER FRANKS

Hi, I’m Fraser, Director of B5 Consultancy. I love my early mornings, health and fitness, getting out into nature and spending time with my lovely little family. I have a huge passion for helping people in all walks of life but particularly within sport, where I want to use my experiences (both good and bad!) to help and support others on their journey.

More about Fraser

Fraser is a former professional footballer and one of the two founder directors of the firm.

He began his playing career at Chelsea then Brentford before going on to play for AFC Wimbledon, Welling, Luton, Stevenage and Newport County, making over 200 appearances in total.

At the age of 28, Fraser was diagnosed with a heart condition and was forced to retire.

Fraser draws from his personal experiences when working with the firm's sports clients to support education, knowledge, welfare and mentoring. Player care is at the heart of everything that Fraser does and he has spoken up about what he would do differently if he had his time again as a footballer.

He is an Ambassador for Alcohol Change UK and speaks, both in the media and with sports teams, about a positive relationship with alcohol and the benefits of sobriety. Fraser has appeared on the radio a number of times including on Talk Sport most recently. He has also been quoted and interviewed for publications such as The i Paper.

He has also featured on The Sports Initiative, The Never Give Up Attitude, Talk Sport & Property and, of course, hosting the Football Journeys podcast. Fraser was recently a guest on the Football Journeys podcast and opened up to Matt and Leigh about his journey through football and beyond.
